You will also influence product roadmaps and design decisions and help teams to effectively navigate options to meet launch requirements.

Work closely with Regional Compliance Officers, Money Laundering Reporting Officers, Legal, and other SMEs to support execution across complex, cross-functional product designs.

Help product and business teams build durable compliance capabilities by making established requirements, precedents, and standards easy to understand and apply independently, driving a “compliant by design” approach.

Contribute to building a strong culture of compliance across Stripe’s teams.

Leverage AI and agentic tools to scale compliance product enablement—including accelerating product risk assessments, regulatory research, and requirements documentation—while applying rigorous judgment to novel, complex, or precedent-setting decisions and validating AI-generated outputs.
