<p>As the EMEA Head of New Business for Startups,  you'll lead a significant organization of 30 AEs, including 3 direct-report managers, focused on New Business Acquisition across EMEA. You'll be responsible for orchestrating high-value deals, developing systematic approaches to New business acquisition and establishing Stripe as the strategic financial infrastructure partner for the highest potential startups in EMEA </p>

<li>Build and lead a high-performing organization of 30+ AE’s through 3 regional managers, establishing consistent processes for user acquisition and growth </li>

<li>Own the EMEA Startups New Business revenue targets, </li>

<li>Develop and execute the long-term growth strategy for New Business Acquisition for Startups across EMEA, focusing on winning new logos and increasing produ
