<p>The Benefits team is fundamental to the Stripe experience and directly supports our global workforce. The team ensures that our programs are competitive, clearly understood, and compliant with local regulations across 30 countries. We continually update our benefits strategy to meet the diverse needs of Stripe and Stripes.</p>

<h2 id="about-the-role">About the role</h2>

<p>The Benefits Program Manager plays a key role in shaping the strategy, execution, and user experience of our benefits programs. This role focuses primarily on benefits strategy and plan design, financial stewardship, vendor management, communications, the Stripe experience, and continuous improvement.</p>

<p>This role is suited to someone who can think strategically while supporting the successful execution of day-to-day operations and our broader benefits strategy.</p>

<h2 id="what-youll-do">What you’ll do</h2>

<li>Manage the full lifecycle of our benefits programs, including market research, benchmarking, plan design, vendor selection and management, annual renewals and negotiations, communications, administration, security reviews, and compliance.</li>
