<h3>About the team</h3>

<p>Global Business Services (GBS) primary goal is to ensure operational excellence across deal cycles, increase revenue through the development of transformative commercial constructs, and drive closure of Stripe’s Account Executive managed portfolio. GBS’s reach is widespread across Stripe, not exclusive to one sales segment or geographical region; GBS drives change across go-to-market, positively impacting Stripe users and cross-functional teams.</p>

<p>We’re going to achieve excellence by supporting deals consistently based on deal size thresholds, being solution-oriented, and viewing operations as an integral enabler of all of Stripe’s growth. Stripe has unique operational problems resulting from both our type of scale and the type of businesses we partner with as a result of “growing the GDP of the Internet.”</p>
