<p>The Growth organization drives Stripe's self-serve growth engine: from a user's first interaction with Stripe through onboarding, activation, and expansion across our products. Growth focuses on building the systems and surfaces that help any user find, understand, and adopt the right set of Stripe products, regardless of how or where they start.</p>

<p>Within Growth, the onboarding program is how new and existing users get to their first successful use of Stripe as quickly and completely as possible. A cohesive onboarding experience is critical to Stripe's ability to convert prospects, activate new products, and compete against increasingly sophisticated alternatives.</p>

<p>Onboarding spans several interconnected surfaces:</p>
