<h3><strong>About the team</strong></h3>

<p>Stripe’s GTM Planning and Central Operations team partners with Sales leadership, Finance, Product, Regional Sales Strategy and Operations, and Data Engineering to build the operational processes, tools, policies, and data required to bring our GTM strategy to life. We bring expertise, rigorous thinking, and a user-first approach to problem-solving. We transform, improve, and support Stripe’s global business processes to drive critical initiatives and other cross-functional priorities throughout the sales planning cycle.</p>

<h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2>

<p>Build and lead a team of full-time employees and outsourced Sales Operations experts focused on improving our customer data. You will partner with GTM leadership to understand data gaps and address them through processes, policies, and workflows.</p>
