<p>Recruiting depends on systems that work reliably for recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates. The Recruiting Systems Operations Administrator helps keep those systems running and improves the support experience around them.</p>

<p>You’ll work closely with Recruiting Operations, Global People Operations, and People Systems. This role supports a clear division of work between routine service delivery and the system governance, integrations, complex configuration, and strategic work owned by Recruiting Systems.</p>

<h2 id="what-youll-do">What you’ll do</h2>

<p>Working CDMX business hours while partnering across Americas time zones, you’ll manage a defined Tier 2 Recruiting Systems portfolio. You’ll troubleshoot tool issues, resolve requests, track recurring problems, and partner with People Systems on improvements. This hands-on role is well suited to someone who enjoys working across systems, applying sound judgment within established processes, and making complex operations easier for others.</p>
