<p>The Enterprise Product team is responsible for bridging the gap between Stripe's core capabilities and the bespoke needs of the world's largest organizations. We are hiring product managers who will be aligned to specific priority industries (e.g., insurance, healthcare, public sector), with each product manager acting as the "CEO" of their assigned vertical—identifying high-leverage opportunities, building 0-to-1 products to solve industry-specific blockers, and influencing our global product roadmap. You will be a critical partner to GTM leadership (Sales, Partnerships, Marketing) and a navigator across the broader Product organization. We are looking for high-agency builders who thrive in ambiguity and know how to move mountains through both direct execution and cross-functional influence.</p>

<h2>What you'll do</h2>

<p>We're hiring a product manager to own Stripe's product strategy and execution across our priority industry verticals, starting with complex, regulated industries like insurance, healthcare, and public sector. We are seeking a highly-entrepreneurial, data-driven product leader who will define where Stripe plays, build 0-to-1 products to unlock new revenue, and influence Stripe's broader Product organization to meet the unique needs of enterprise customers in your vertical. The products you build will directly shape how the world's largest companies use Stripe—and how Stripe grows within one of its most strategic segments.</p>

<h3>Responsibilities</h3>

<ul>

<li>Own the industry product roadmap—Define and execute the multi-year product strategy for your priority vertical. Translate your "where to play and how to win" thesis into a concrete roadmap—deciding what Stripe builds natively, what we solve through platform extensibility, and where we partner. Own measurable outcomes tied to revenue, adoption, and merchant satisfaction.</li>

<li>Ship 0→1 products—Identify unmet needs through deep customer research, data analysis, and market intelligence. Lead the full product lifecycle for industry-relevant functionality—from problem definition and technical scoping with engineering, through PRD, API and UX design, build, launch, and post-launch iteration. You'll make hands-on trade-off decisions about scope, technical approach, and sequencing with your engineering team.</li>

<li>Be a strategic partner to GTM and customers—Work deeply with our largest customers, partners, and GTM teams. Translate "market noise" into clear product signal—shaping feature requirements, and defining the data models and integration patterns that enterprise customers in your vertical need.</li>

<li>Act as a force multiplier across Stripe's platform—Influence Stripe's core product teams (Payments, Billing, Connect, and beyond) to ensure their roadmaps reflect the requirements of enterprise customers in your vertical. To do this credibly, you'll need to go deep on Stripe's platform—understanding our APIs, infrastructure constraints, and extensibility model—so you can advocate for changes with technical specificity, not just business cases.</li>

<h2>Who you are</h2>

<h3>Minimum requirements</h3>

<ul>

<li>12+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping successful products in complex, regulated environments.</li>

<li>Technical fluency—You don't need to write code, but you're comfortable reading an API spec, reasoning about system design trade-offs, and holding your own in engineering discussions. You've shipped products where the "how we build it" mattered as much as the "what."</li>

<li>Deep customer obsession—A talent for getting close to customers—talking to merchants and partners—and distilling complex pain points into simple, elegant product requirements.</li>

<li>Analytical rigor—You use data—not just intuition—to prioritize. You're comfortable defining metrics frameworks, digging into usage data, and making quantitative arguments for (or against) product investments.</li>

<li>A master communicator—Stripe is a writing-heavy culture. You must be able to articulate deep technical and strategic concepts through precise, persuasive prose—your narrative docs are things of beauty.</li>

<li>High agency and influence—Adept at finding "homes" for initiatives, building consensus across disparate teams, and driving momentum without needing formal authority.</li>

<li>Entrepreneurial mindset and bias for action—Comfortable with ambiguity, skilled at prioritizing high-impact initiatives, and experienced operating with limited resources to unlock outsized outcomes.</li>

<h3>Preferred qualifications</h3>

<ul>

<li>Direct experience building products in Healthtech, Insurtech, Public Sector, or similarly complex, regulated industries.</li>

<li>Experience building platform, API, or developer-facing products.</li>

<li>Experience working closely with Enterprise Sales teams and C-suite stakeholders at Fortune 500 companies.</li>
