<h4>Connect Platform</h4>

<p>Connect is Stripe’s platform for businesses that serve other businesses. It helps platforms onboard and verify participants, manage accounts, accept payments, and pay out funds without building payments, compliance, or financial services infrastructure themselves.</p>

<p>The Connect Risk team builds the risk management capabilities that help platforms operate safely from day one, including onboarding, Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, fraud and credit risk management, and tax reporting. As AI-native platforms and marketplaces emerge, this work helps Stripe support increasingly dynamic global ecosystems.</p>

<h2>What you’ll do</h2>

<p>You will own Connected Account Onboarding Experiences, the products and journeys that help platforms onboard their users safely, compliantly, and with minimal friction. You will shape experiences from sign-up and authentication through readiness to use Stripe products, across application programming interfaces (APIs) and hosted or embedded user interfaces (UI).</p>

<p>You will use funnel data, user research, and experimentation to improve conversion while meeting Stripe’s commitments to regulators and financial partners. You will set the strategy for what should be standard
