<h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Build and enhance all aspects of our global corporate cash investment program, including strategies, policies and systems/operations, performance and risk metrics;</li>
<li>Monitor and synthesize trends in global financial markets and macroeconomic developments;</li>
<li>Manage relationships with financial partners such as asset managers, custodians and service providers;</li>
<li>Work with cross-functional partners, as well as external stakeholders, to unlock and manage global interest income opportunities;</li>
<li>Build observability tools and deliver data insights relating to investments and yield optimization;</li>
<li>Identify capital markets system needs and work with the respective teams to build the required infrastructure;</li>
<li>Support the Capital Markets team in executing complex projects by assuming project and cross-functional coordination responsibilities; and</li>
<li>Contribute to the strategy and execution of the Capital Markets team long term roadmap.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Who you are</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>Minimum requirements</strong></h3>
<p>Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering or related field, plus 7 years of experience in Capital Markets or Corporate Treasury of which, at least 5 years must be post bachelors, progressive experience.</p>
<p>Must also have 7 years of experience in each of the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>Investments, interest rate risk management, and global cash management;</li>
<li>Fixed income, interest rate derivatives, FX, hedging strategies, and analyzing macroeconomic trends;</li>
<li>Creating financial forecasts and models; and</li>
<li>Experience in financial markets, FX or Fixed Income, in G10 or emerging markets.</li>
</ul>
<p>5 years of experience in running deadline-oriented deals or projects, including planning, stakeholder management, operational best practices, and tracking results.</p>
<p>&nbsp;2 years of experience in Bloomberg Terminal.</p>
<p>Salary: $199,222 - $235,200/yr.</p>
<p>This salary range represents the base salary range for the role and any sales commissions/sales bonuses targets, if applicable, would be in addition to the base salary.</p>
<p>40 hrs/week</p>
<p>50% Telecommuting permitted.</p>
<p>Multiple Positions Available.&nbsp;</p>
