<p>The Global GTM Operations team is responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization, partnering closely with the sales team and teams across Stripe to drive initiatives. Within this, the Strategy and Operations organization is at the forefront of driving revenue and growth. This is an incredible opportunity to be part of the team that plays an integral role in shaping and executing GTM strategies with sales and marketing leaders of the business. We're looking for a proactive self-starter who is passionate about their work, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with demonstrated success in navigating ambiguity in a high-growth environment.</p>

<h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2>

<p>By being part of our Sales Strategy and Operations team, you'll partner with GTM leadership and the broader Sales and Marketing (PMM, Demand Marketing, Sales Development) team to drive the overall effectiveness of the organization. Responsibilities include assessing the health of our sales pipeline, go-to-market analysis, reporting, sales pipeline process optimization, and sales program orchestration.
