To further our mission, we are seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead a team of Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiters. This role will manage a full-cycle GTM recruiting team, focusing on their development and driving outstanding performance to achieve hiring goals.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In this role, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the development and direct management of a group of recruiters, leading cross-functional projects, and managing performance metrics. We are seeking a proactive leader who thrives in a learning-oriented environment—someone eager to explore new ideas and experiment with innovative approaches. You will spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality and productivity of Stripe’s recruiting organization while closely collaborating with our GTM leadership.</p>
