<h3><strong>About the team and the role</strong></h3>

<p>The People Systems Operations Administrator supports the day-to-day work that keeps Stripe’s People technology running accurately and reliably. The role sits in the Service Delivery Center and works as part of the wider People Solutions team, with a close dotted-line partnership to People Solutions Systems Management.</p>

<p>You’ll own a defined set of routine tier 1 and tier 2 operational work across Workday and related People Systems. This includes monitoring support channels and system inboxes, triaging requests, completing repeatable administrative tasks, maintaining documentation, and routing complex issues to the right People Systems owner.</p>

<p>This is a hands-on operations role. It creates clearer separation between routine support work and the configuration, architecture, governance, and project delivery owned by the People Systems team.</p>

<h3><strong>Support queue and request triage</strong></h3>

<li>Triage incoming requests by urgency, business impact, data sensitivity, and defined support process.</li>
