<p>Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement develops the capabilities that help Stripe’s customer-facing teams deliver greater value to users. We define expectations for role excellence, build practical learning experiences, and equip managers to reinforce new skills and behaviors.</p>

<p>Enablement Business Partners connect our global strategy with the needs of specific regions, segments, roles, and business teams. They partner with leaders to identify performance needs, adapt enablement for the field, and embed learning into everyday coaching and business rhythms.</p>

<h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2>

<p>You’ll lead a team of Enablement Business Partners responsible for deploying and adapting enablement across Stripe’s GTM organization. You’ll shape how the team works at scale, including how it prioritizes demand, responds to urgent needs, measures impact, and gives leaders visibility into progress and tradeoffs.<br><br>You’ll serve as a trusted partner to the Global Head of GTM Enablement and senior GTM leaders. You’ll combine field insights, performance data, and business context to identify needs, guide investments, and help customer-facing teams improve how they serve Stripe’s users.</p>
