As part of the People Solutions organization, we partner with Corporate Technology, Finance, and the wider People team, including Talent and Total Rewards, to build a world-class employee experience. <h2 id="what-youll-do">What you’ll do</h2>

<p>As a Workday Analyst on the People Systems team, you’ll help administer and improve Stripe’s Workday environment. You’ll support the operational, cyclical, and change-management work that keeps our systems running reliably while building technical depth across key Workday domains.</p>

<p>You’ll work with People Systems teammates and cross-functional partners to turn well-defined requests into tested, documented system updates. You’ll own assigned workstreams with guidance and partner with senior teammates on complex changes, high-risk decisions, and system escalations.
