<p>Product Sales is a team of deep functional and technical specialists who both lead and advise on deals for the most strategically important products in Stripe’s portfolio. Stripe is investing in the growth of its Issuing and Treasury businesses, which help platforms and businesses embed financial products. As a Sales Manager of Issuing and Treasury Product Sales, you will lead a high-performing team of product sales executives and be a critical member of the leadership team responsible for growing adoption of Issuing and Treasury across the Americas. Few roles offer such a direct opportunity to shape the commercial success of a strategic product area while developing the next generation of product sales leaders.</p>

<p>As the Manager, AMER Issuing and Treasury Product Sales, you will recruit, develop, and lead a team of product sales executives responsible for delivering ambitious growth goals across Issuing and Treasury.</p>

<p>You will bring strong sales leadership, operating rigor, and a customer-first mindset to a complex and evolving product area. You will help your team navigate consultative, technical, and cross-functional sales cycles, partnering closely with Core Sales, Product, Solutions Architecture, Risk, Compliance, Partnerships, Finance, Marketing, and Sales Development.&
