<p>The People Operations and Insights team drives project management rigor for the People team and our stakeholders. We empower and enable innovative, connected People products and programs that advance our shared goals and support sustainable growth.</p>

<p>As a Project Manager on our team, you will be responsible for working across our People pillars to champion our delivery across all impacting project/program and portfolios. You will manage projects end-to-end or cross functionally, effectively navigating complex organizational dynamics. You will utilize structured project management methodologies to ensure successful delivery and adoption of high-priority initiatives with our internal team and our users.</p>

<h2 id="what-youll-do">What you’ll do</h2>

<h2>Responsibilities </h2>

<ul>

<li>Tackle hard, ambiguous questions with rigor and independence, owning projects from problem definition to final recommendation.</li>

<li>Develop and implement project plans, optimize workflows and ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.</li>

<li>Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.</li>

<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and engineering to identify areas for improvement in processes and controls.</li>

<li>Establish and maintain effective project governance, ensuring that all project activities, decisions, and key milestones comply with standards and best practices.  </li>

<li>Prepare materials to present to senior leadership, internal and external stakeholders, and users.</li>

<li>Foster a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the People team.</li>

<h2 id="who-you-are">Who you are</h2>

<p>Requirements We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these, we encourage you to apply. Preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.</p>

<ul>

<li>Have 7+ years of experience in project management, business operations, strategy,  or consulting, with at least 2 years operating within an HR team at a company.</li>

<li>A proven track record of navigating complexity and driving results with a balance of urgency and thoughtfulness.</li>

<li>Experience working cross-functionally with teams like HR, Finance, Legal, Product, Tech and Leadership.</li>

<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset aimed at informing decision making.</li>

<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders.</li>

<li>Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Airtable) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).</li>

<li>Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities and a proven track record of building trust and driving alignment across teams.</li>

<li>Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.</li>

</ul>

<h2>Preferred qualifications</h2>

<ul>

<li>Experience with change management frameworks (e.g. Prosci ADKAR® Model)</li>

<li>Experience building and deploying enablement and training materials</li>

<li>Experience across HR systems (e.g. HCM, ATS, LMS, CRM)</li>

<li>Experience working with AI tools to increase productivity</li>

<li>Advanced Mac OS and Google suite skills (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)</li>
