<h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2>

<h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<ul>

<li>Design, build, and maintain high-scale, distributed systems to work with Stripe. </li>

<li>Work within a team to build the core networking solutions, which include load balancing, mTLS networking, fleet health & observability used by product teams to build and operate microservices supporting Stripe’s business. </li>

<li>Build a great customer experience for internal company teams using Infra and play a key role in enabling Stripe’s Infra to power all of Stripe’s products globally and at scale. </li>

<li>Scope, design, implement, and deploy robust solutions, making appropriate tradeoffs between reliability, throughput, latency, resiliency, engineering, velocity, and cost. </li>

<li>Innovate, design, and implement software solutions that contribute towards improvement and resiliency, reliability, efficiency, and management at scale. </li>

<li>Contribute to team strategy, roadmap, tooling, process, and culture. </li>

<li>Set clear goals and provide regular feedback on team member performance.</li>
