They focus on bringing Stripe’s operating principles to life in their recruiting processes, providing the highest-quality candidate experience, and leveraging data driven storytelling to influence the business.</p>

<h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2>

<p>To further this important mission, we are looking for a consultative and creative recruiter to grow and scale our Frontend and Fullstack Engineering teams across AMER. You’ll be a part of a collaborative team environment, partnering with a range of stakeholders to support the highest priority business needs across the Engineering organization. You can expect high impact and wide-ranging responsibilities: owning full-cycle recruiting, driving hiring strategy, and delivering best-in-class candidate experience. This person must be a builder who thrives in a learning environment—unafraid to try new things, embrace new ideas, and welcome suggestions for how we can iterate on our processes.</p>

<h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<ul>

<li>Partner with multiple internal stakeholders with varying priorities to understand their hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals</li>

<li>Partner closely with recruiting analytics to ensure accurate reporting of hiring progress back to the business</li>

<li>Build and drive cross-functional partnerships with compensation, human resources, finance and others to scale hiring across Stripe</li>

<li>Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates by driving initiatives across branding, events, and employee referral channels</li>

<li>Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve processes</li>

<h2><strong>Who you are</strong></h2>

<p>We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.</p>

<h3><strong>Minimum requirements</strong></h3>

<ul>

<li>6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience strongly preferred)</li>

<li>Use AI and real-time data to speed up hiring, spot key trends, and give candidates and hiring managers a better experience</li>

<li>Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor </li>

<li>High agency, can handle ambiguity in a fast-moving organization, and thrives on a high level of autonomy and responsibility</li>

<li>Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipelines</li>

<li>An active and data driven approach to problem solving; you enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process to make it more efficient</li>

<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally</li>
