Represent Stripe’s product strategy with strategic technology partners and enterprise users, building productive relationships with product and technical counterparts and incorporating their feedback into roadmap decisions.

Drive launches, beta programs, user acceptance testing, and go-to-market readiness in partnership with Marketing, Sales, Partner Management, and Support; ensure teams have the materials and operating model needed to support adoption at scale.

Make and drive important cross-functional decisions, align senior stakeholders around a shared strategy, and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly.

Balance new feature development with investment in quality, reliability, technical debt, and foundational platform capabilities across the app portfolio.

Improve how Stripe builds and operates strategic integrations by turning user, partner, and performance signals into scalable product and process improvements.

Demonstrated ability to use qualitative and quantitative evidence to define success metrics, evaluate product performance, and make prioritization decisions.

Strong technical judgment and fluency working with engineers on API-based products, integrations, technical constraints, and product quality.

Experience engaging directly with enterprise users and external technology partners, and translating their needs into clear product decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders and leading through organizational boundaries.
