<p>India is producing a new generation of ambitious, AI-native companies built for global markets, while global businesses increasingly look to India for growth. As Head of Sales, India, you will shape Stripe’s role in this transformation, helping businesses expand across the India-US corridor and beyond. This is a rare opportunity to build a category-defining sales organization at the intersection of AI, global commerce, and India’s digital economy.</p>

<p>As Head of Sales, India, you will own Stripe’s sales strategy and revenue outcomes across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Startups, with a primary focus on Enterprise. Reporting to the India MD, you will build and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, establish the operating model for Stripe’s next phase of growth, and work directly with senior customers on their most important business challenges. You will also partner closely with Stripe’s regional and global leadership to shape our broader growth agenda for India.</p>
