<p>The Radar team helps businesses manage and reduce payment fraud. Radar combines machine learning, risk signals, configurable controls, and fraud analytics to help businesses make informed decisions about payments while managing the balance between fraud prevention and revenue growth.</p>

<p>The Radar sales team works with businesses to understand their fraud challenges, improve payment performance, and adopt the products and services that best support their goals. We partner closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services to support customers with complex fraud profiles and payment flows.</p>

<h2 id="what-youll-do">What you’ll do</h2>

<ul>

<li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives responsible for growing Radar adoption and revenue.</li>

<li>Set clear goals and operating rhythms for the team, including pipeline management, account planning, forecasting, and opportunity reviews.</li>

<li>Partner with Account Executives on account strategy, executive engagement, business cases, commercial negotiations, and complex deals.</li>

<li>Build a high-performing team by hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining strong sales talent.</li>
