<h2 id="what-youll-do">What you'll do</h2>

<p>The Stripe Delivery Center (SDC) strategy will provide operational leverage and expand Stripe’s portfolio of operational capabilities to support the scaled needs of external users and internal Stripe teams. Stripe’s Global People Operations team will sit within the SDC and is a highly collaborative, cross-functional team that drives key support for the People function. We work with many different teams at Stripe. We are nimble and flexible individuals who can wear many different hats. We don’t mind working through ambiguity and love adding organization to chaos. We believe that success is not defined by any one individual, but by the collective work of the entire team.</p>

<p>As a People Operations Associate in Mexico City, you’ll be part of the new Centralized Operations team within the Global People Operations organization. You’ll process People transactions, respond to inquiries, maintain accurate People data, and work with teams across Stripe to provide timely and reliable support to Stripes worldwide.</p>

<h3 id="responsibilities">Responsibilities</h3>

<ul>

<li>Process People transactions accurately and on time across the worker lifecycle, including hiring, manager, cost center, team, and location changes.</li>

<li>Respond to inquiries with clear, accurate, and timely information, escalating complex cases to the appropriate specialist.</li>

<li>Maintain the accuracy and integrity of People data through careful data entry, audits, and issue resolution.</li>

<li>Support employment verification requests, candidate documentation, background checks, and other core operational processes.</li>

<li>Follow standard operating procedures while applying sound judgment to ambiguous cases and protecting sensitive information.</li>
