<h2>What You'll Do</h2>

<p><strong>Drive Leadership Hiring</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Partner with Regional GMs and Area Leaders on talent planning for existing stores, new openings, and market expansions</li>

<li>Own full-cycle recruiting for field leadership roles—from sourcing to offer close</li>

<li>Build market-specific strategies using competitive intelligence and local insights</li>

<li>Collaborate on succession planning and internal talent development</li>

<li>Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience while tracking pipeline health and continuously improving hiring quality</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Enable High-Volume Hourly Hiring</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Train and coach Area Leaders and Coaches on effective hiring practices in our ATS (Fountain)</li>

<li>Partner with field leaders to solve staffing challenges with creative, data-driven strategies</li>

<li>Support new restaurant openings by aligning on hiring goals, timelines, and workflows</li>

<li>Manage recruitment budgets, ad spend optimization, and hiring events</li>

<li>Maintain ATS integrity and oversee hiring trackers and reporting</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Be a Strategic Partner</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Use market data and recruiting metrics to influence talent decisions</li>

<li>Build trust with leaders through transparency, accountability, and consultative guidance</li>

<li>Anticipate hiring needs and proactively bring solutions to the table</li>
