<p>The <strong>Food Cost & Inventory Systems Manager</strong> sits on the Business Technology team and owns the systems that underpin food cost (COGS) and inventory management at Sweetgreen, from upstream suppliers, farmers, and lead logistics partners into our restaurants and through to our customers. This is a hands-on systems ownership role without direct reports. You will partner closely with Ops Services, Restaurant Operators, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable food cost and inventory data across our fleet of 287+ restaurants nationwide. This role is based in-person a minimum of 4 days per week at our Los Angeles Support Center.</p>

<p><strong>You will:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Administer, configure, and maintain the platforms that manage COGS and inventory, including Crunchtime: Net-Chef ), FoodLogiq & ArrowStream, and contribute to the roadmap for how those systems evolve.</li>

<li>Build and maintain the processes that keep COGS and inventory data accurate (for example; pack size, cage-free, organic, no-antibiotics-ever, price, invoicing and reconciliation) pre-prepared COGS and post-prepped ingredients.</li>

<li>Partner with Ops Services, Restaurant Operators, and Supply Chain to align system solutions to the end-to-end food journey, from farms, through our distribution network, into our restaurants, and finally to our customers.</li>
