We are hiring a Staff Solutions Architect (Remote, based in Germany) to own and grow the DACH territory (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). This role partners closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to help prospective and existing customers design, validate, and scale mission-critical systems on Temporal. You will work directly with engineering leaders and senior developers at high-growth and enterprise customers across DACH, helping them understand when and how to use Temporal, guiding architectural decisions, and ensuring successful adoption across their organizations.

Requirements

Significant experience (typically several years) in customer-facing, technical pre-sales or post-sales roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Field Engineer, or equivalent.
