The Dermot The Dermot Company , a New York and Florida based real estate developer and operator, is seeking a Resident Manager who will be responsible for facility management and ensure a positive quality of life for all residents. This is a single-site resident manager role where you are the only staff member. We are looking for someone who is capable of cleaning, handling trash and porter duties in addition to being handy to handle service requests.

Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of multi-family property management or other related building maintenance experience
- 5 - 7 years’ experience with hands-on maintenance in building trades positions
- High Proficiency Level with diagnosing and repairing problems
- Ability to use computers including property management software
- Experience working in a union environment
- Valid driver’s license
- High School diploma or equivalent
