About the Role

The SEO Executive will handle entry SEO campaigns for clients across multiple sectors and support team members on larger projects.

Requirements

  • A passion for SEO, digital marketing and learning
  • Some relevant experience with digital marketing, ideally in SEO
  • Understanding of the key elements of SEO
  • Fantastic copywriting skills
  • Able to use Google Analytics and Search Console (or equivalent)

We have processes in place such as bi-annual engagement surveys, milestone polls, suggestion boxes, monthly check ins, bi-annual appraisals and milestone check in's during probation! We do this to make sure the team feel they can voice their opinions and be heard with any feedback they may have. We have also just transitioned to being an Employee Owned Trust. This means that moving forward, the employees are owners of the company, and can have more say in the decisions that are made!

Working on various clients and projects together. This can be from multiple, seperate areas in the company. Our team can also work together and collaborate through internal training sessions and 'Share you Work' sessions, which gives team members the opportunity to share there findings and hard work with eachother! Finally, the team has various ways they can internally communicate and work as a team through messaging channels, internal company monthly updates, quarterly department feedback sessions and more!
