Requirements

  • 4+ years of Construction PM Experience
  • 4+ years of multifamily experience
  • Experience managing multifamily projects of $3+ million
  • Experience and understanding of all construction documents, specifications and the management of them
  • Strong Project Management software experience (MS Project, Procore, Etc)
