About the Role

At THS National LLC, a Most Loved Workplace® certified employer in the Professional Services space, The Highest Standard in Multifamily Renovation and Capital Projects.

Assists the Superintendents with their daily duties involving overseeing the subvendors, and materials. Meets with existing building maintenance staff upon closing to ensure necessary punch items and scope has been met. Evaluates specifications for plan procedures, start and completion dates are met and proper trade partners are secured and notified. Ensure all safety policies are followed by THS employees and trade partners. Inspects property and units under construction regularly to ensure the work conforms to specifications, budget and schedule and initiates any repair or replacement needs and/or adjustment of working procedures. Regularly communicates with the project team regarding unit and property improvement status.
