Qualified Account Executive in the Sports Industry at the San Jose Sharks and Barracuda. With my passionate and bubbly personality, I bring a positive energy to my teammates and department. Being organized and communicative, I succeed at selling ticket packages and building relationships with fans, helping create a memorable fan experience. I am primarily responsible for season ticket retention, servicing over 400 accounts with the goal of renewing a high percentage of accounts each year. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Minor in Sociology from Providence College (2015), followed with a Masters Degree in Sports Business and Management from Manhattanville College (2017), I have applied my knowledge and strong attention to detail to help understand and appreciate customers, build relationships, use my communication and leadership skills to be successful in this Industry.
