Since its inception nearly 25 years ago, Titmouse has evolved into an award-winning, multi-hyphenated animation studio and pop culture brand. Some of the studio’s most celebrated recent projects include Big Mouth, The Legend of Vox Machina, The Venture Bros., Star Trek: Lower Decks, and Beavis and Butt-Head, to name a few. With the strength of a major studio and the mindset of an indie company, Titmouse has become one of the most well-known and prolific animation studios in the world, challenging the idea of what an animation company can look like by focusing on comedy, subversive and counterculture communities, and expanding into other avenues for fans to enjoy including merchandise, live shows and events, festivals, interactive experiences, and so much more.

5 Second Day is a beloved Titmouse tradition where employees are given the creative freedom to film whatever they want in a single day. What started as an experiment in rapid creative output has evolved into epic collaborative projects where teams of up to 20 people spend months planning their 5-second films. The best submissions are screened at events in all of Titmouse's studios—LA, NYC, Vancouver, and Paris. It's a celebration of creativity, experimentation, and having fun while doing what you love.

While Titmouse may not always have open positions, the entertainment industry moves fast and they often have last-minute hiring needs. You can submit your portfolio, reel, and resumé through their website at titmouse.net. Due to the high volume of submissions, they may not be able to reply to all applications, but they review everything.

The Titmouse Foundation is the studio's commitment to supporting the next generation of animators. The foundation provides scholarships and professional pathways for younger artists, with a focus on building a progressive world and ensuring diverse representation in the animation industry. Through mentorship and education initiatives, Titmouse works to make careers in animation accessible to talented artists from all backgrounds.
