<p><strong>About the job</strong></p>

<p>Twilio is looking for a curious, action-oriented, strong financial analyst for the Deal Desk Team who lives the <a href="https://www.Twilio.com/company/values">Twilio Magic</a> to support our LATAM Go-to-Market motion. This is an exciting role for an individual to gain and expand a broad spectrum of cross-functional interactions and contribute to non-standard commercial agreements by providing rigorous financial governance and structuring. This role partners closely with Finance leadership, Sales, Legal, and Operations to evaluate, structure, and execute deals in a way that is a “win-win” for both customers and Twilio while optimizing corporate margin goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive, driven professional, able to build complex financial models and analyze pricing structures, while providing data-driven, financially sound, and clearly communicated explanations and solutions.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>

<p>In this role, you’ll:</p>

<ul>

<li>Build and analyze financial models and pricing scenarios for standard and non-standard agreements, evaluating critical variables including pricing, discounting, term length, usage commitments, and gross margin impact.</li>

<li>Partner with Sales to structure commercially sound deals by analyzing tradeoffs across price, volume, and risk, ensuring all structures align with Twilio’s financial guardrails.</li>

<li>Act as a guardrail and educator for Sales and GTM teams, ensuring adherence to internal contracting policies, approval matrices, and discount governance.</li>

<li>Own the end-to-end Deal Desk operational workflow in Salesforce/CPQ (from quote building and pricing approvals to Order Form creation, DocuSign execution, and opportunity closure), ensuring 100% data integrity and policy compliance.</li>

<li>Establish trusted working relationships across Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, Corporate Finance, and Sales to streamline deal velocity.</li>

<li>Collaborate with Sales and Legal to review and structure non-standard contract language within Order Forms, ensuring alignment with corporate risk and revenue recognition policies.</li>

<li>Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling to support broader business decisions and strategic initiatives.</li>

<li>Drive and participate in cross-functional project improvement initiatives to scale Deal Desk operations, enhance systems, and optimize internal workflows.</li>

<p><strong>*Required:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Business proficiency or fluency in English, with solid written and verbal communication skills.</li>

<li>A Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, Deal Desk or an analytical Go To Market role. If no degree, a minimum of 5 years of relevant analytical experience is required.</li>

<li>Demonstrated analytical and financial skills, with a firm understanding of core financial concepts and the ability to explain financial tradeoffs clearly.</li>

<li>Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, with proven experience building financial models, logic formulas, and scenario analyses.</li>

<li>A diligent, detail-oriented skillset, with the ability to manage multiple high-velocity requests simultaneously while remaining extremely organized under tight deadlines.</li>

<li>A self-starter with a “can-do” attitude who is comfortable asking clarifying questions and operating with high integrity that aligns with the <a href="https://www.Twilio.com/company/values">Twilio Magic</a>.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Desired:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Knowledge and/or experience using online sales and/or document management tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, CLM, and JIRA.</li>

<p><strong>Location</strong></p>

<p>This role will be remote, and based in Mexico. </p>

<p><strong>Travel </strong></p>
