<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>

<p>We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate graduates who enjoy interacting with people and aspire to build a career in healthcare, technology, and sales.</p>

<p>As a Metabolic Health Advisor, you will engage with prospective members who have expressed interest in Twin Health through our digital marketing campaigns, social media, webinars, referrals, and other lead generation initiatives.</p>

<p><strong>This is not a cold-calling role. You will interact with qualified leads, understand their health goals, educate them about Twin's AI-powered precision treatment, and guide them through the enrollment journey.</strong></p>

<p>Comprehensive product and communication training will be provided before you begin interacting with members.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Contact prospective members who have shown interest in Twin Health.</li>

<li>Understand members' health goals and motivations through consultative conversations.</li>

<li>Explain Twin Health's AI Digital Twin–powered precision treatment in a simple and engaging manner.</li>

<li>Educate prospective members on metabolic health and the benefits of personalized care.</li>

<li>Build trust and confidence through empathetic communication.</li>

<li>Schedule consultations and support members throughout the enrollment process.</li>

<li>Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.</li>

<li>Follow up with prospective members and address their questions professionally.</li>

<li>Achieve monthly enrollment and performance goals while delivering an exceptional member experience.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Eligibility</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (2025 & 2026 graduates preferred).</li>

<li>Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.</li>

<li>Excellent verbal communication skills in English.</li>

<li>Fluency in one or more regional languages will be an added advantage.</li>

<li>Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.</li>

<li>Basic computer proficiency.</li>
