About the Role

Lead UFCU's Lending Compliance and Quality Control across mortgage, consumer, and commercial lending. Manage a team, oversee HMDA, ECOA/fair lending, mortgage and consumer QC, policy development, regulatory change management, exam and audit preparation, remediation tracking, risk analysis, and training. Partner with Legal, Lending, Risk, and stakeholders to design scalable compliance processes, use Temenos Compliance and third-party tools, and ensure adherence to federal and state lending laws and reporting requirements.
