Requirements

Post job openings on company website, job boards, and social media
Review applications and resumes for minimum qualifications
Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
Communicate with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive experience
Maintain accurate and organized candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Support onboarding activities for new hires in partnership with People Services
Learn and apply recruiting best practices and tools
