Westgate Resorts is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Excursion Captain to lead and manage our resort's adventure and tour activities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and have a strong background in hospitality and customer service. As an Excursion Captain, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of excursions and activities for our guests, ensuring their safety and satisfaction. You will also be responsible for training and supervising a team of excursion guides, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
