About Zabka Group

RetailFounded 1998

Żabka Group is the ultimate convenience ecosystem that aims to make people's lives easier. We accompany consumers at every moment of the day, offering them the convenience of everyday grocery shopping, quick meals, and food-to-go options. Our extensive network allows customers to shop in-store, order online, or enjoy fast delivery services. Żabka is one of the most recognizable brands in Poland, with over 4.1 million transactions made daily. With over 11,000 stores, advanced digital solutions, and a growing portfolio of products and services, we have had a transformative impact on modern convenience retail. Our franchise model has been empowering local entrepreneurs and strengthening the Polish economy since 1998. As a company committed to sustainable development, we continuously innovate to reduce our environmental footprint and promote responsible business practices. Żabka Group is one of the fastest-growing organizations in Europe. In October 2024, we took a historic step by becoming a publicly traded company and entering the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW). Our growth journey has also expanded beyond Poland—Żabka Group entered the Romanian market, launching modern convenience stores under the Froo brand. Currently, Froo Romania Retail operates over 90 stores in three Romanian cities: Bucharest, Pitești, and Constanța. As our organization continues to scale, we have become even more multicultural, fostering an inclusive work environment that now supports over 68,000 jobs. Żabka Polska remains at the core of our operations, while Żabka Future drives digital and technological innovation, including an advanced logistics network. Meanwhile, Żabka International is responsible for developing new markets and executing our international expansion strategy. Additionally, we have introduced a dedicated gastro offering, further strengthening our position as a leader in modern convenience retail. Beyond business growth, Żabka Group is deeply committed to social engagement. Żabka Polska implements a Responsibility Strategy, which includes commitments to supporting entrepreneurship, fostering a strong organizational culture, ensuring corporate governance, and promoting healthy eating and life-enhancing services. Zabka Group integrates business success with sustainable development, emphasizing ethics and social responsibility. To uphold these values, Żabka has implemented a compliance system, which includes internal regulations such as codes of ethics and conduct for employees, franchisees, and business partners. It also features whistleblowing procedures and risk management mechanisms. Regular training sessions for employees and collaborators reinforce an ethical culture, ensuring consistent application of high business standards. As part of its social engagement strategy, Żabka runs four dedicated social programs. One example is the "Dobry Staż" (Good Internship) project, developed in collaboration with the Samodzielni Robinsonowie Foundation, which supports at-risk youth from foster care, helping them integrate into the job market. Additionally, employee volunteering is a key element of our engagement efforts. Every Żabka employee has the opportunity to dedicate up to 8 hours per month to social initiatives. In 2024 alone, our team contributed over 1,200 hours of support to local communities. These activities not only provide meaningful assistance to those in need but also help foster a culture of engagement and social responsibility within Zabka Group. Żabka Group is also proud to be the only Polish company awarded with Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award and we did it three times in a row. This prestigious recognition proves that our employees' engagement in daily operations is among the highest in the world, reflecting our strong culture, leadership, and commitment to employee development.
