Our team of Community and Family Support Workers provide high quality, person-focused services for children, youth and adults, diagnosed with disabilities. Requirements
- Grade 12, GED, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 1 year working with people diagnosed with disabilities will be considered an asset
- Have or be willing to obtain First Aid/CPR Level C
- A reliable vehicle, class 5 driver’s license is a requirement to transport clients as needed
- Ability to obtain vehicle insurance showing $2 million liability coverage (for roles requiring transportation of clients)
- A clear Vulnerable Sector Check
- A clear Child Intervention Records Check
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge and ability to use computers and technology effectively
