The General Manager for Azzurra, serves as the trusted advisor to the Board of Directors and oversees all day-to-day operations of a luxury high rise residential community. The ideal candidate brings 5-7 years of HOA high rise onsite management, advanced project management expertise, deep financial acumen, and the proven ability to navigate complex issues, including litigation, structural defects, and multi-million-dollar budgets. Compensation: up to $190k depending upon experience + comprehensive benefits package

Schedule: Monday -Friday business hours; available for evening board meetings and special events.
