As a Senior operations Specialist, you will contribute to operational efficiency by supporting the Homes supply,&nbsp; onboarding funnels and assessing their readiness for listing on Airbnb, ensuring alignment with policy, design, and regulatory requirements. Through reliable delivery of key performance metrics and a growing understanding of domain knowledge, this role will support informed decision-making and consistent operational execution. By assisting with operational workstreams, flagging opportunities for workflow improvements, the role will contribute to continuous improvement and the overall success of the program.
