Together, our portfolio engages a monthly audience of 47 million users across platforms, while our dedicated team of over 140 professionals collaborates from our sunny New York City office and locations across the U.S. and around the globe.</p></div><p>Apartment Therapy Media is seeking a Finance Associate to support the day-to-day financial operations of Apartment Therapy Media, with a focus on accounts payable, payroll and benefits accounting, and the monthly close. The position works in coordination with Apartment Therapy Media’s external accounting partners and is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of expense-side transactions and the systems that support them. This position reports to the Director of Finance.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Process accounts payable in coordination with external accounting partner, including invoice coding and posting in QuickBooks Online, exception resolution and approvals in Ramp, and vendor records and inquiries</li>

<li>Process contractor invoices from TalentDesk, employee reimbursements, and year-end Form 1099 preparation</li>

<li>Review payroll journal entries, record benefit invoices, and reconcile payroll- and benefits-related accounts, including payroll tax remittances</li>

<li>Perform assigned steps on the monthly close checklist, including reconc
