<p>Join a product-oriented technology team that builds software to improve how Asset Living operates. Our small, senior, AI-native team spans data, property technology, and products across the business.</p>

<p>You’ll partner with the people closest to each function to understand what should work better and build the product to make it happen.</p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</strong></span></p>

<ul>

<li>Own a product end to end: discovery, design, build, deploy, and the measurement that proves it worked</li>

<li>Embed with the subject-matter expert who lives the problem and build alongside them, not from a requirements document</li>

<li>Build across the stack: APIs, interfaces, and integrations against our property management and financial systems</li>

<li>Choose the right instrument: a model, a deterministic pipeline, a vendor product, or a process change</li>

<li>Work where the roadmap is heading: financial intelligence, operational workflow, marketing, and data products</li>

<li>Drive AI codegen through the build, and help set the standard for how the team uses it</li>

</ul>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Education & Experience</strong></span></p>

<ul>

<li>5+ years of experience building and shipping software that is used in production</li>

<li>Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript, with experience working with APIs, SQL, and production deployments</li>

<li>Deep familiarity with AI-assisted development and coding agents, with the judgment to use them effectively and know when not to</li>

<li>Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts and trade-offs clearly to non-technical partners</li>

<li>A background in computer science, software engineering, a coding bootcamp, or equivalent hands-on experience</li>

<li>Comfortable working from loosely defined problems, taking ownership from idea through execution, and measuring success by outcomes</li>

<li>Prior work in property management, real estate, or another operations-heavy industry</li>

<li>Familiarity with Domo or other BI platforms</li>

<li>Exposure to property management systems (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata)</li>

<li>Experience building internal tools or automation for a non-technical business</li>

<li>A side project, a small business, or a job you automated yourself</li>

</ul>
