<p><strong>Director of Systems</strong></p>

<p>The Director of Systems leads the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise systems that support our operations. This role oversees system support, platform optimization, and property management system (PMS) initiatives while building a high-performing, cross-trained team. The Director partners closely with Operations and executive leadership to ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business goals.</p>

<p><strong>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise systems supporting company operations.</li>

<li>Build, develop, and retain a high-performing systems team through coaching, clear expectations, and accountability.</li>

<li>Oversee system support operations, ensuring consistent delivery of Tier 3 support and adherence to service-level expectations.</li>

<li>Direct system implementations, migrations, upgrades, and integrations across multiple property management platforms.</li>

<li>Establish and monitor KPIs related to system performance, support quality, and team effectiveness.</li>

<li>Partner closely with Operations, Finance, and other business leaders to align systems capabilities with operational needs.</li>

<li>Proactively communicate system roadmaps, risks, timelines, and impacts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.</li>

<li>Anticipate and mitigate risks related to system changes, scalability, and support capacity.</li>

<li>Identify process inefficiencies and lead initiatives to improve reliability, scalability, and user experience.</li>

<li>Drive cross-training initiatives to eliminate single points of failure and strengthen team resilience.</li>

<li>Lead change management efforts related to system enhancements and new technology adoption.</li>

<li>Ensure accurate documentation, knowledge sharing, and standardization of system processes.</li>

<li>Make timely, data-driven decisions and escalate issues appropriately to executive leadership.</li>

<li>Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Education & Experience</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field required</li>

<li>8+ years of progressive experience in systems, technology support, or enterprise software environments</li>

<li>5+ years of people leadership experience</li>

<li>Hands-on experience with enterprise property management systems (Entrata, RealPage, Yardi). 3-5+ years experience in a Yardi systems admin role. </li>

<li>Proven success leading system implementations or large-scale migrations</li>

<li>Experience partnering with Operations and senior leadership teams</li>

<li>Travel Requirement: This position does not require travel.</li>

</ul>
