<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>System User Management Specialist</strong></span></p>

<p>We are a growing property management company seeking an entry-level System User Management Specialist to support our RealPage, Entrata and/or Yardi property management systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving support tickets, systems training and assisting with property management system migration during property onboarding, and supporting system distribution.</p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</strong></span></p>

<ul>

<li>Respond to support tickets and resolve system issues in a timely manner</li>

<li>Assist with property management system migration during property onboarding</li>

<li>Distribute and support the ongoing use of property management systems</li>

<li>Collaborate with team members to improve processes and optimize system functionality</li>

<li>Maintain system documentation and training materials</li>

<li>Deliver Systems training</li>

<li>Identify and escalate system issues to the appropriate team members</li>

<li>Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders</li>

</ul>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Education & Experience</strong></span></p>

<ul>

<li>High School Diploma/Equivalent or Greater</li>

<li>Familiarity with property management systems such as RealPage, Entrata and/or Yardi is preferred</li>

<li>Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment</li>

<li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills</li>

<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>

<li>Process optimization focus</li>

<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications</li>

This compensation range is specific to the remote nature of this position and includes the range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; etc. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would be near the top end of the compensation range, but that decision will be dependent on the facts associated with each specific individual’s relevant experience for the role.
