The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Maintenance Technician located at 1500 W Redwood St., San Diego, CA 92101. The Maintenance Technician performs car service, repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting service, and vehicle reconditioning service according to company policy and procedures. This position requires the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards. The starting rate of pay is $20.25/hr based on a 40 hour work week.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum of 1 year experience handling mechanical service procedures to perform fleet maintenance activities OR must have graduated from Mechanic trade school.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and have the ability to lift, carry, push or pull a variety of tools, equipment and materials; and balance, stoop, kneel and crouch (medium duty labor).
- Apart from religious observances, must have open availability to work: 6am-3pm and/or 3pm-12am, 7 days/week with 2 consecutive days off during the week for 40 hour work week.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- This position requires a valid driver's license.

Our team members were involved in the process of building out Athletic Brewing Company values. The founders and CHRO embarked to create five core company values and had decided upon those values independently. We then surveyed the team members and asked them to pick two single words that they felt best fit Athletic Brewing Companies values. The top five values were identical to the five values that were selected by senior leaders. Every year we do this exercise in the employee engagement survey to confirm drift is not occurring.
