We are seeking a relationship-driven Business Banker (Commercial Lender) to develop and manage commercial banking relationships by delivering tailored credit, deposit, and cash management solutions. This role focuses on business development, portfolio growth, client retention, and community engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
5 to 10 years of commercial lending and relationship management experience.
Proven ability to develop new business and build strong community relationships.
Strong credit analysis, financial acumen, and sound judgment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build trust.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and client focus.
