Grocery Catalog Operations and Intel (GCOI) is responsible for catalog data management across Amazon Fresh, Whole Foods Market, and Grocery Partnerships businesses. The team ensures product catalog accuracy, completeness, and compliance across online and in-store grocery platforms, directly impacting customer experience, search relevance, and supply chain efficiency. GCOI manages over 100 operational workstreams spanning new item setup, catalog defect resolution, attribute validation, and merchant onboarding support. The Catalog Specialist executes catalog data management workflows that keep grocery product information accurate and complete. You will process daily operational tickets involving new item creation, product attribute corrections, listing defects, and catalog configuration exceptions generated by automated systems. Your work directly determines whether customers see correct product information (titles, images, temperature handling, barcodes, pricing units, expiry dates) when shopping across Amazon's grocery platforms.
