I provide individual, couples, and family therapy using an eclectic approach, customizing each session to meet the needs of each individual client, couple, or family. With extensive training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and a background in special education, I specialize in working with children and adults with Autism, special needs, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Anxiety, Depression, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), those who have experienced trauma, school related issues, and parent child relational issues.
