As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) providing telehealth services across Idaho, I am deeply committed to guiding individuals, couples, and families on their path to healing and lasting change. I specialize in working with individuals dealing with the impacts of trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and persistent anxiety. I am also passionate about helping couples and families resolve long-standing conflict and untangle complex dynamics to foster healthier, more resilient relationships. I understand that many struggles are linked to unprocessed pain from the past, and I am here to provide the support needed to help you move beyond those experiences. In my practice, I integrate a wide range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to create a personalized treatment plan for your unique needs. This includes EMDR to help process and release the emotional burden of traumatic memories, Internal Family Systems (IFS) to foster a sense of harmony among your different 'parts,' and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you develop crucial skills in emotion regulation. By blending these approaches, I ensure you are equipped with practical tools and a deeper sense of self-awareness. Ultimately, whether you are seeking to heal from past wounds or strengthen your relationships, I am dedicated to being your trusted partner.
